Reya Manna
MDiv. MSW CPC is a best-selling author, singer, healer, teacher, life coach, musician, activist and mom. Reya holds 2 Master's degrees - a Master of Social Work, as well as a Master of Divinity, in addition to studying multi-cultural philosophy and music at Binghamton University, and then indigenous culture, music and esoteric spirituality in West Africa, Ireland, and across North America.
Reya began singing before she could speak and became deeply connected with devotional practices and a profound love of the Divine from a young age - which lead her to meditation, psychology, mantra, shamanism, yoga, energy healing, sound healing, ancient wisdom practices and deep love of the earth & of the Divine Mother.
For nearly 20 years, Reya has been immersed in the multidisciplinary spiritual, self-help, and psychological fields. In addition to holding 2 Masters degrees, Reya is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Naam Yoga Teacher, Harmonyum Practitioner, Reiki Master and mother of two. She has combined these disciplines to form a unique approach to working with individuals, families and groups to assist them in finding their voice, accessing their highest potential and doing the greatest good for the world.
Reya teaches workshops and performs at Festivals, Events & Schools across the country - including BhaktiFest, ShaktiFest, Singing Alive, Beloved, One Love, Lucidity, ImagineFest, Festival of Colors, DisclosureFest and more. She is the founder of the 501(c)3 nonprofit “Sing the World Awake!” - which activates children’s highest potential through music, yoga, indigenous practices and environmental education. She has pioneered several children’s music & coping skills programs in conjunction with churches, schools, and grant-funded early childhood intervention programs. Reya is the founder of “Sing the World Awake!” - a motivational music, movement & yoga program for children of all ages. She has conducted children's concerts for the Dalai Lama, for the Agape Spiritual Center, for native elders as well as spiritual leaders from around the world. In addition, she has worked with children in the KIPP Academy in South Central Los Angeles; the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District; homeless youth on Skid Row and from Compton. In 2017, she started an annual event called “Children Sing for the Future” that takes place on International Children's Day - and unites children around the world singing for world peace. Reya has worked with organizations such as Unify.org, Unicef, Naam Yoga, Peace Guardians, Pneuma Foundation, Hansavedas Foundation, Million Mamas Movement, Inspired Parenting, Share Necessities, the Hug Alliance, Mindfulness Mothers, Meaningful Moms and more..

In addition, she was part of the organizing team for the 2015 & 2017 Naam Yoga Superclasses, which united more than 400,000 people across the world practicing Yoga for World Peace. Reya's new book, "The Awakening World: The Return of the Divine Feminine" was released in January of 2017.
Reya's life work is to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves, to be a Blessing to all those we meet - and to use words and music to transform people's hearts and minds. She is dedicated to our youth and the consciousness and transformation that is needed by society in order for our next generations to thrive.

In her work with healing, transformation and personal empowerment, Reya has found that the power of Love is the strongest force in the universe, the sweetest remedy and the greatest teacher - making the impossible possible, creating the greatest miracles and bringing happiness to life.
